I'm ONLY guessing it was 1972 when she set the record. She remembers racing at Skiland when your dad was running and she also raced "mini boats" I'll have to ask when she comes back in BUT I'm pretty sure that the boat she set the record in was "THE 1st" pickle fork boat built, I think she said Ron Jones & her husband laid it up. She's gonna bring me some pics of it.

I only have a couple of NDBA programs the others got tossed in the early '90's. I do have Hot Rod magazines from the late 40's, 50's and 60's though.

Ps. as you well know, I also have 8mm film of NDBA drags at Ski Land, if I quit spending so much time here I might get a chance to view them. I will be here in Parker next week. :thumbsup

I can't believe it was so hard for Molly to be recoginzed. She and her husband Ken lived in Hemet for years. Her boat was a wood 3-point hydro named 'Molly Bee". Last time I saw Molly (quite a few years ago) she was a dosen at Diamond Valley Lake museum. Her husband Ken was an APBA region 12 referee for years too.
