Boat needs bulkhead and floor repairs if I remember correctly from an older FB ad from a few months ago.
have been up front about what the boat needs. It doesn't need floors. It needs a bulkhead . The stringers are good. There is a small split under the drivers seat in the port stringer. The inner transom wood was redone back in '06 by Orange County Boat Repair when I bought it. A good friend of mine and I who use to build boats re-rigged it, re-powered it, re-wired it in '06/'07.

It is priced fair for the running gear that is in it and the condition it is in.

there are fore and aft bulkheads, some are there to make a water tight compartment, and some to make the boat more ridged... boats,... most are sea worthy with out bulkheads.... all bulk heads are an easy fix to make perform as intended.... at some point with older schiada's one must separate patina from items that have to be replaced or repaired... such as replacing wiring and transom wood. like in a frame off nut and bolt auto restoration... in this boats case,.. one could concentrate on sea worthy, leave the patina and have a very enjoyable boat

Appreciate the comments as they are spot on. Repair the bulkhead and enjoy as is or tear the boat down and make it perfect. If the boat was perfect and had perfect gel, new interior etc. I wouldn't be asking $19K for it. Appreciate this comment from 2FF. Does the boat need some work? Yes. Can you take it to the lake tomorrow, drop it in the water and enjoy it-absolutely.
