The whole thing is wrapped up with lawyers, wife is one so that helps. They lumped the pool build in with the total build and it got subbed out and the whole pool had to be jackhammered out since it was so F'd up.

the house next door on the corner is fuckin insane! Forget who owns it someone told me when we were going to another house in there. The freakin garage house is bigger than my house lol. Insane pad. There’s some
Cool Stuff up there. Probably should’ve bought and built up there 5 years ago. 🤦‍♂️

they used drywall screws instead of rebar?

I did a deal like this in templton cal...big metal bld, then dimizing walls built to suite..you could make it 10, 1000 sQFT shops.

Off topic, is that business a kids sensory development dealio..? I just did a full build out for one and had no idea what it was until the project finished. There are angels among us that's for sure!
