RDP working on phone but not on internet

RDP doesn’t work when connected to wifi on computer or phone but works on cellular. Wifi is working normal as well. Tested it on multiple websites both phone and computer wtf

would load on my IPhone when I was out on lake, no bueno on iPad when back at house

the website has no problem on computer, it is not reconizing phone cookies till i wipe all history reset searches then will let me in, but wont see cookies next time trying to log in.
