DPS on high-speed chase: “It seems like it’s a joke to them."

A homeowner who witnessed Wednesday's high-speed chase on I-37 said the suspects crashed the vehicle into a pole outside of his home, and if it wasn't for that pole, things could've ended much differently.

Two minors were inside the vehicle along with 19-year-old Marissa Cooper. They were all arrested. Cooper is facing several charges, including drug possession, engaging in organized criminal activity and hindering apprehension or prosecution known felon. She remains at the Nueces County Jail.

I thought this was going to be one I read about this morning. Young kid with a bow headed for his tree stand saw someone stealing equipment from a neighbors farm, went and got his Father and for whatever reason the Kid put the thief down with a well placed arrow.
