Gunshots in Havasu??

Thought I heard 4 or 5 shots about 5:30 or so this morning then a few sirens off in the distance. Wasn’t quite awake and no more sounds (especially near our home ) so I disregarded it. But when walking the dog at 615, came across a neighbor who asked about the shots, the sirens and cops on their PA.
anyone have more info?

One of our California TRDP realtors owns the house and it’s a rental. He said he’s keeping the deposit.
