Nice!

That’s at the Route 66 Restaurant in the Edwards Cinema Complex.

I was a participating Project Manager on it back in 98/99. The A/C on the theater was helicoptered into place. First time I had seen something like that.
Big money up in Santa Clarita yesterday at Route 66. Ferrari meet up.

Nice, here are a couple I restored. Snow on the ground right now so they will stay in the shop.
Nice as well. I’m addicted to old bikes. More time than money though.

I restored (mostly subed out) an H1 a while back. Found a guy in OC (at a vintage bike show) that really knew how to rebuild these motors. He got the crank from some guru back East and did an excellent job of it.

I bought new purple haze expansion pipes and had them chromed in the Valley somewhere.

The thing was wicked for a 500 but handled like a turd and didn’t stop all that well.

Good or bad, I ended up selling it.

My 1985 RD500 I restored. Purchased it from the original owner in Santa Anna in 2007 with a non op CA title (2,400k on it)...kick myself in ass for selling it every time I see a 2 smoke post...
Nice bike you had there!

Damn, unless photo is deceiving, he's in amongst the infamous Havasu OH powerlines, that's not good. Run out of gas, burner stopped, why the hell would he set down there ?

It is a little deceiving…. They are on the street behind our street. The lines are between the two rows of homes.

That's a nice one as well. I did everything on those triples except the boring, crank seals and chrome. I agree they handle like crud but never will see another one at a stop light. These were almost past restoration.

I have a balloonist friend does all these events in southwest and he tells me they really don't have much control when it comes to landings and navigating. reliant on wind direction for most part. Thats why they do events in as open an area as possible. Power lines are biggest fears and pilots have to know their shit regarding when to fly and when to sit one out.

Winter Formal at Royal

My daughter (left) and her BFF. Both broke up with their BF's recently and decided to go anyway, they are meeting a few other girlfriends there. I told them both their boyfriends screwed up.
