Holy crap $1026 monthly now! Plus electricity rate. Whats the going rate for park model sites at other places in Havasu? And if i want a dock its another 1200 per quarter.

To Our Valued Guest,

After much deliberation, Crazy Horse Campgrounds has deemed it necessary to adjust our rates to keep up with rising operating costs. Beginning April 1st, 2022, the monthly rates will increase to the following:

Park Models with View (D, L , H, HC) $1026.00
Park Model, no View $958.50
Beach Access Site (F, I and M) $958.50
North Beach Front ( NB 1-35) $992.25
North Beach Back ( NB 36-60) $958.50
VIP/Point, with Dock (VIP 1-12, Point) $1032.75
VIP, no dock ( VIP 13 -15) $1005.75
Terrace Lake View ( G, J, K, Overflow) $958.50
Standard Sewer SIte (A, B C, D, E and H ) $850.50
Standard No Sewer Site (Group Area) $830.25

+These rates include the 8% state lease fee. Monthly rates are non-inclusive of metered electricity, flat rate electricity. All rates are based off a 2 person per site. One vehicle per site. Fee for additional guests and vehicles.

This was a tough decision to make, we thank you for your ongoing support and trust that these changes will help us continue providing you with premium quality and service.

$250 a weekend. Expensive but cheaper than an Air BNB every weekend.

I’m paying 600 for monthly at beachcomber estates. This is for an rv and not a park model.

I am paying 707.40 (excluding electric) at the Islander for my summer RV spot.
Was going to bitch about that, but knowing the Islander is cheaper then crazy horse makes me laugh. Last time I stayed at crazy horse, we had to leave early (power kept going out) and this was in the winter.

Curious to know what the rates were previously. I can imagine the high cost of fuel will cut into the benefit of going every weekend.

$1,026 + ⚡️ electricity for Crazy Horse??? That would be a big Nope from me.

Won’t be long for the other parks in Havasu to follow this trend! RV Park rental space increases and boat storage costs going thru the roof is going to drive the average guy away from Havasu. How many people can actually afford this as a hobby nowadays?

Leaves more room for the big guys . First the cost of boats and now this . Maybe its the plan . 🤷‍♂️ sucks .

Maybe it will finally lower the price of park models. 200-250k for a double wide is insane :)

400k for Islander plus 1500$ a month for space rent too
Not all of them. Peninsula spots are selling for that with that monthly rental.
Those behind the RV spots heading towards storage are averaging 250-275 and monthly rental is lower.
PM owners across street from my spot pay almost the same monthly I do.
