Im not gonna be very mobile for a bit and am gonna be garage locked for a little while it seems.

Broken #5 Metatarsal in my left foot. Will have xrays for you guys soon.

On the bright side, I hope this is near the end of your busy season.
Hopefully it doesn't require surgery and hardware like RD's, and you can get to healing up quicker.

When I was younger I was loading a truck with a forklift and my foot was kind of hanging out a little past the floor of the lift when the load shifted and fell. It bounced off the back of the truck and l fell right on my foot. It was almost like a shear and my foot folded 90degrees just north of the toes. That took a long time too heal.

I just had that bone taken OUT of my foot last Friday. It was causing a pressure ulcer on the bottom side of my foot. Took all of 20 minutes. In the hospital at 10:30 out at 3:00. I'd been messing with that ulcer for 2 years and now the foot doc say's I'll be back in business in 6 to 8 weeks.

I didnt. I rolled it. The doctor couldnt believe I didnt jack up my ankle at all

Looks like a Jones fracture? Read up on them but usually happens when you roll your ankle. They say you have to stay off and give extra time to heal as it gets very little blood flow in that area.

that sounds like it. the very good looking doctor told me 6 weeks but she also referred me to an orthopedic for a check up in a week.

I had the same thing happen to my foot back when I was 10 or 11 I think. I was playing kickball like a mofo a couple days later since it was the last day of school and I wasn't going to miss that shit for anything.

I love me an old 300. My dad had one, ‘70 I think ~ you could fit 3 or 4 in the front and 5 in backseat easily with 3’ of legroom, huge trunk. Was also like 8” of space between front of car and radiator.

Hope you heal quickly and are back to normal soon.
