Maybe go Sunday. Was last place I took my last pass I got too high off start. Previous pass was 7.86 at 139 wanted to back the mph record. Was 2006 be nice to go see races there one last time.

Yes was first boat I drove ran 9.50s. Made my first pass in that one 2003 at Phx opener. Then drive the black 004 flat.

If anyone needs a bite to eat after the race. My cousin opened K38 Mex Cantina about 10 minutes from the track. Great food and drinks and the flight of different types of Margaritas is damn tasty!

Just booked flights and rooms. I’m stoked. This is one of my favorite racing events. Been going there for 30 years!

Gary has to be one of the one if not the person to campaign a drag boat the longest ever. We became friends when we were both new to it and both sponsored and friends with Jim McColmb from Rewarder. Gary is great people, good luck this weekend.

I was doing some quick math last night and he's probably had that boat close to 40 years! I started helping out in '02. Gary's entire family has become my 2nd family, agreed, great people! I'm really excited to "go racing" with them again, especially after missing the Parker race a couple weekends ago

My dad was good friends with Jim as well. Born and raised in the SFV there are several names that I have grown up with.

We hit the place last year, was just opening, staff was great, food was good and some of that Games family bought us beers. Can’t complain about that

We had a year long battle in the 8.00 class in I think 1998. We traded points all season and faced off in the semifinals at the Nationals for the Championship. I was lucky enough to outrun him that day. Heck of a competitor. Cool that he’s still out there havin fun.
