And waiting for a thread on this, I wasn’t able to make it. Wondering if anybody made it down there and how was it? This is boating Content.
I tried to snap a few pics by a sno-turds covered cabana ,...Sno turd yells at me and says, "They will shut down the races if they see me with out a wrist ban,"ADBA said that it was the biggest crowd that they ever had for Parker. There were about 80 boats participating. Getting out to the start from the launch ramp seemed like a shit show. The announcer was constantly calling for boats to get to the startling line. Overall, the crowd was great, the boat racing was good, and there wasn’t even an admission into the gate for spectating. The only negative was the viewing area, the screened in cabanas and the palm trees block the view. I'd start the boats at La Paz to create a better viewing like the Enduro or remove all of the cabana screening. View attachment 1196673 View attachment 1196674
Definitely not good for spectators. One of the snowflakes thought he owned everything from the back of his MH to the rivers edge. What an ass.

I have no idea what he was talking about... I saw no wrist bands. Also same thing at all boat races, Dreaded time between races ! Still great to watch !

They all think they own the beach! We had a retired Karen blow a gasket last time we tried to plant a couple lawn chairs to watch circle races last year.No. He rents the RV space and cabana. Between cabanas is open to anyone in the park.

Had a great time this weekend. We ended up taking #1 qualifier with in the 660 class with a 3.90 1/8 mile time. They had 6 boats in the class. For the eliminations they drew chips out of a hat for pairings which I thought was cool. 2 of the boats broke and didn't make eliminations. First run on Sunday we paired against Duane thorton in his red blown alky hydro. We both ran a 3.96 to the 1/8th. He got out on me at the start and I was thinking either I'm dead late or he went red. I took the win as he went red. In the finals we paired up with Finnegan. Kinda cool to have a jet boat vs jet boat final. The wind had come up later and the water for jet boats wasn't ideal. In the end we ran a 4.00 and won the race. I'm not sure what he ran but we had enough to take the win in the 660 Outlaw class.
I'll post up some pics and videos later.

In the Keys we own to the center of the canal.I’ve never heard anyone having the ability to own anything beyond the high water mark.

park rules. i dont make them. it is nice when you want to park the boat in your own spot. we rent there every year. during races we pretty much host anyone that wants to hang in the cabana or beach as long as they're not being assholes. makes it fun.I’ve never heard anyone having the ability to own anything beyond the high water mark.
they better recognize! lolHe started in on me that's when I noticed his Washington plates then I told him to fuck off! I knew you weren't far beind so the stage was set! Yore welcome!

Same here, we went in and was never asked to pay an admission.I drove in at 11am, Pirates den parking lot. No one was at the front entrance. I turned right and ended up parking by the pits........I would gladly pay, I never saw any
thing about paying or any type of collection. I left around 2PM drove out the same gate, nothing there about a fee. Also they should have the pits by the lagoon launch
ramp, I think that makes more sense ......
I drove through the Lapaz gate, asked where to pay and she said no fee to watch. They don’t charge locals if you know the people working the gate.
