If I may be so bold to offer a safety tip. Using the Aussie style/behind the back wrap, don't get caught with the handles wrapped up in a fall. If you even think you are going in, toss the handles. In my first race, Catalina 82, I went in head first, and the handle slid up to my armpit. I was really lucky to only have a 2 foot contusion and no nerve damage. I swore I would never wrap again. I made a harness and used that for nearly 20 years. Just something to think about.
