There’s a realtor in Brea named Darryl Jones. He plays stupid bullshit games like this. He’ll price the house way under ask, then it will obviously sell well above. Just a method so he can tell potential clients he got “X” amount above ask. It’s just unnecessary games. IMO just be honest...
