We had a great trip as well, really enjoyed the section of river between Pirates and Needles. There are some great beaches up from Pirates and it was nice to have some smooth water for a couple of passes.....

What bank and what state? I have done a purchase like this before, the bank will send you the title after the lien is paid. The current owner will sign paperwork at the bank to release the title to you. That's why you would do this transaction at the bank holding the title.
No shore power kills it as far as a waterfront crash pad, I wouldn't want to deal with having to drive and park it just for the weekend. For a weekly stay not a problem. Maybe a Powel style time share?
