Even with CRIT it is hard to imagine a scenario other than #2. They'll have their hands full filling the vacancies of people who bail because their lease went up, but the rest will be willing to pay a market price lease and continue generating revenue for CRIT........
My sister has a place in Bluewater lagoon. There are times you have to wait for the water to come up and sometimes it doesn't come up, especially in fall/winter. Having said that, we'd often go down and spend the weekend with them (especially big weekends) when we were in Parker because it was...
Those are some killer lakes down there, my ex in-laws had a house on Norfork and I bought some land down there with a plan eventually to build a house. The ex got it in a divorce so never happened. I could live there.
Just a little basic hotel on the Malecon across from the Marina called El Faro Hotel. There's a bunch of place in town to camp though in a tent, RV, van, or whatever that are pretty nice.......
I've only been to Loreto a few times but what I've noticed is it is always clean, especially in the tourist areas. They send a large crew out every morning to sweep, empty trash, etc and even groom the town beach. They do the same thing on the city beaches south of town.
Last morning in Loreto, got up early and took a long walk. Yesterday I got my truck and my laundry washed and restocked the coolers. Had some outstanding Yellowtail fish and chips last night. Headed south shortly
I've seen two swamped at Marina Manor docks, I've got a pretty low profile ski boat and I always parked bow out, even then I'd take rollers OVER the bow on big days, finally stopped putting my boat in a slip on weekends, just launch and pull everyday, or better yet watch from shore with my cooler.
Thinking the same thing, but if the bow was attached to some solid anchor with a short chain that would not allow the boat to bob in the rollers, I could totally see it taking a Tsunami wave over the front deck..........
One of the campgrounds in Concepcion Bay. There's 6 or 7 on the way down with facilities and countless others where you can boondocks. This is close to where @HubbaHubbaLife buddies place is.
Had lunch at a restaurant south of town called Bahia. Never been there but I read some great comments/reviews. Place was Bomb!!! If you ever find yourself hungry on the 1 about 5 miles south of Rosalia, I highly recommend it. Right at the turn off to San Lucas Cove
Haha, I just spent the night but walked around town this AM before I headed to Loreto. They must not have been up yet! Cool town and cool history with the French and the copper mine. Read that the guy who designed the church is the same guy that designed the Eiffel tower, a guy named Eiffel...
