Try looking for a house in Jamaica Beach. It is on the bay side of the island and the houses are on canals. Boat lifts, etc.. The canals exit to the East Galveston Bay. Short 5 minute drive you are at the Gulf side with beaches.

If cell service is a challenge It's going to be tough using a mobile processing solution as they all use 4G. Square is a decent option but not cheap. If you want something that can track inventory ect., look up Clover Flex or Swipe Simple. Both still require cell service though.
