Yeah i could see it two ways. Either be $2 cheaper a night than everyone else and it doesn't matter how gross it is. Or make it really cool and it's small enough it should be easy to keep it somewhat rented out in the popular months.

There are quite a few different wiring standards for those plugs. There are also different mic types. Rugged is the same as PCI for wiring, it is the off-road standard.
You’d probably need to rewire ones that are generic at a minimum.
