1982 1950 Cobra, only year they were built; had two of them. All colored gel coat, foam cored, bonded deck and hull; 406 SBC with Volvo Penta speedmaster drive. This one was hull #44 of 50, yes they sat in the mold one week.

I assumed Big Mike knew he would need a ballast resistor as the 8202 is a high-perf coil and not resisted.
Quote from MSD "Improved output coil for electronic ignitions, Blaster Ignition or MSD 5, 6, and 7 Series (ballast resistor required for points)"
Anyway, happy boating :)
Doesn't get towed far any more as the boat is now at a marina so the tow to the ramp is only a few hundred feet.
The car handles the trailer well; 5.6 liter engine and self leveling (hydraulic over spring) rear suspension makes it nice.
They are both 1988 models.
This steel tube trailer and it's boat have almost never been in fresh water. It's a 1988.
Salt Away in and on everything and injected into the trailer tubes, see fittings circled in blue.
The engine's thermostat springs and balls still look new. Shocks me each time I have it apart.
