I'm thinking you read too far into what he said. No where in his post did he say anything about picking a line on the river....or havasu for that matter. I think he's implying when you can find a spot where you're not endangering anyone else, you can find that line and put the sticks to it.

Buy a blocker plate and get an EFIlive tune from someone reputable that shuts off the egr. The first generation egr's on the Duramax motor were a bag of pissed off cats.... I wound up replacing 4 of them on my 03 before calling it a day and deleting the egr altogether. Cali emissions may not...

In order to get my boat to even float, I have the tailpipe of mine buried under a foot of water....its a Duramax and it's never stalled yet. Looks like a jet boat idling though :D

It happens. I had a pitbull/boxer mix....~55lbs, acted like she had just ran an eightball and drank 4 red bulls all the time. She could clear the 7 ft wall in my backyard with little effort.....but she was scared shitless of my cat. He's just at 20lbs and is always one pissed off mf'er...

I drove back from Phoenix today. 101 West, up through Parker and havasu, 40 West to 95 North....never had any traffic. Little plug up getting on 40 but that was over in 3 minutes. Made the whole drive in 5 hours, including burning an hour in Parker watching some boats playing on the river.

Pinion brake on the prop shaft and a reverser should slow it down faster than a Jake .... Might wind up with a steering wheel in the teeth though:D
