The problem I have with a trust is that I’ve done this with my most trusted assistant that helped me be what I am, while not doing the same for actual relatives. I’d rather it not be known.

The reason I’d like my name off the title is if I were to die I don’t want any of my heirs to try and attach themselves to the home.

I helped relatives with their purchase of a home by signing on their loan so they could qualify. By doing so, I’m also on the title. I know I’ll remain on the loan, but is there an easy way I could get my name removed from the title so ownership just was in their name?

How does changing tunes on a vehicle with an approved cert affect the approved cert (I.e. Rd says his tune was changed on his repaired Speed car)? If a manufacturer changes a vehicle post cert do they need to reapply for a new cert?
