We are pulling the trigger on a 2024 Taco Off Road. $49k MSRP. Problem is they are so hard to get there’s no deals.
This has the Off Road upgrade package but not the Premium package.
Personally I think it’s overpriced for a truck that can only tow 5k and is missing a bunch of stuff you have...
AAA still won’t touch high risk areas so enjoy it while you still can.
And as I mentioned in another thread, I had AAA’s high risk carrier, Assurant, and they just non renewed on me this year. Apparently I’m now “too high risk”. Ca Fair plan and AAA renters insurance here I come.
So for Arrowhead it costs me $1800 for the ALA membership, one boat, two kayaks and a SUP, in registration.
Boat is about $200-$300 to fill up with 91 non ethanol. Then it costs me about $100 for the Torco Accelerator octane booster 6-pack case because Arrowhead only sells 87 octane. About...
So I have two HVAC units. One on the old side of the house, heater only, vintage to the house I’m sure (house is 1979). Doesn’t smell on that side.
The new side of the house (a 2000’s addition to the original house) has a totally separate HVAC and doesn’t share ducting or anything But does...
You’d think forgetting the drain plug would be something you figure out just as the bilge pump comes on right after launching (assuming there is an auto function, which is far more common now in newer boats).
And if the bilge pump wasn’t on auto, then a large quantity of water in the back of...
Hi OSB, thanks for the reply. I change my filters once a year, just before winter as that is when we start running the heater a lot. I am in Arrowhead so we don’t run the HVAC after spring when it warms up enough to not need the heater. So I don’t bother changing twice a year as the heater sits...
Hi all,
I feel like I have more nasal/allergy/sneezing issues at home than anywhere else. Is there a company (or a recommendation) for doing an indoor air quality test in a home to test for the prescense of mold or other allergens? I don't know if this house is making me sick, but I'd like to...
Oh yeah, we had an Extreme trailer with diamond plate once. What a nightmare. The steps rusted out and the diamond plate fell off.
Had to grind everything down, primer and repaint, then figure out what we wanted to do with the diamond plate. Ultimately we tossed the diamond plate and used...
If you ever get a new trailer, check out Shadow trailers. They have a galvanize + powder coat option.
We used it on the 30 trailer as we dunk it in the salt every year for Catalina. And then to rinse it off, we drive it back out to Havasu and dunk it in and out of the lake several times...
