This has been the best tip of the year. Costco built a new Costco Business in Ontario. I've bought Dino ribs twice now for half the cost. They also have brisket by the pallet full. Can't thank you enough.

Fatstack was a serious consideration when I was shopping around. I ended up with a reverse flow from JH Smokers in So Cal. Oddly enough, JH and Fatstack both moved to Texas about the same time. Been learning on this sexy thing.

I only seen the painted names. Similar to CF numbers. I've heard Easy Off Oven Cleaner is your friend, but I've never tried it.
