There are 2 different thicknesses for trex, they have a 1" and 1.5". The thin is not great. I would not run a trex with 24 OC I personally would do 16 OC for a normal pattern any kind of diagonal pattern I think I would want 12" oc. If you get snow I would also probably do 12" OC. You also need...
2 fold answer. Custom we like finished after installed, caulked in and prepped in place. Cost to finish is more when you finish in place. Non custom we always but pre finished from the factory. If you buy pre finished buy a touch up kit.
Stock 525 runs on 87 not 91. You may have an injector issue as well. If an injector was stuck say in the open position you would have a lot of soot dump out, it happened to me on a 496. You could have them flow tested. Spark plug would be another possibility.
I have a 27 shadow with a 525. Very stable. Not sure what power you have in yours or what you are coming from. I have not had mine in anything I would consider big water. I think you would need some big power to air it out. Takes some effort to get out of the hole but its a very predictable...
Not all employees are the same. You have high producers who you don’t mess with then you have guys who do the bare minimum on a good day that you have to track activity. High producers with there own book of business are not that easy to find.
On the remodeling side the estimator is also the PM.
On the restoration side there is a really high job count and estimate count so once the estimate is approved by the insurance carrier the estimator passes to a PM. For small jobs the estimator is pretty well done once they pass it off unless...
We are in construction. One team does remodeling, new builds and commercial. Another team does restoration for water, fire, mold damage.
Good Idea on the KPI’s. We are working on this.
We do use pipedrive for a crm but only for sales.
We use another job management platform called dash and...
Damn straight. I wish the work from home options were not there. But if there are other companies with work from home options and your the one company who doesnt allow it you will not attract good talent.
Part of the issue is this, we do not have something that is easily trackable and they have multiple tasks. I would agree with you if it was as easy as saying your responsible for doing 5 estimates per day and then on the work from home day they only got 2 done you would know they were slacking...
This is along the lines of what im talking about. I have no intent on a long formal report just a quick daily log they have to fill out to keep them honest. I think I have found a good excel sheet thats going to work. Has a tab for each day and can be turned in at the end of the week.
Does anyone have an excel Daily productivity log sheet they want to share? I want some of my work from home people to fill out a daily log of what they are doing during the day, besides walking there dog on my time.
2 years old. Rotated closer to every 10k and probably should have done every 5k. This is the first f250 i have had. I had 2 sets on my last chevy 2500 and rotated them close to every 10k with no issues.
My RT’s dont have any browning but do have a little cracking between the treads. I have always had good luck with the toyos but this time they wore really funny, got pretty loud. And did not seem to be so good in the sand.
