Is it just me or is this a little out of hand?

I was just thinking about the curb and where the concrete meets asphalt. With a couple guys it shouldn't be too bad at all. I use those a lot to maneuver much heavier things by myself on flat concrete. As long as it doesn't have to go up a hill you'll be good.

Is it just me or is this a little out of hand?

Being a Ridgeline, it's AWD. So make sure all 4 wheels are up and you're good. Problem with skates may be the curb side.

Is it just me or is this a little out of hand?

Did they mark tires? If you skate it, line will still be clocked the same. On the otherhand, dude leaves the country, and leaves his car on the street. Can't say as though I would have done that in Cali.

Is the 2024 Beef Shortage a real thing?

Thought I'd add this. It looks like they want to squeeze the cattle industry. Like everything else, it will hurt the small guys first. These are the people we like to deal with, don't drug their cattle and bow to some of the BS. Help them out now if you can, because "the Man" is trying to screw...

    I’m a very stupid man, a boating thread…

Go-fast cars suck money...Go-fast boats seem like an exponential increase over cars. I'm pretty decent with motors...but I've never done motors that were meant to run full load for extended periods like a boat. I understand why the maintenance schedule on big motors is harsh, they get flogged...

    Desert Storm roll call

I usually go fairly early. A lot of people go for the spectacle I guess, the crowds and "ambiance"...I try to go and meet some inmates, and look at the boats. Not much of a crowd type I guess. Usually, about the time it's getting crowded, I'm heading towards I 40 and heading home.

It's only expensive if want it to be...I'm flat broke, and at least make it to the street party ;) Only shitbox Prius in a lot full of cars way nicer than I'v owned...but the people were cool!

    They’re Starting to Pile Up

"dies iudicii venit"..........The day of judgement is coming. It comes to us all. Some sooner than expected, others, in need of it, tend to escape it for some time. It does, however, eventually find everyone.

    Tucson Cracking

This right here^ I'd almost wonder if the expiration date will coincide with either the election, or just into next term if Trump wins...either for disruption or to blame him. What we are seeing now, rape, murder and other 3rd world stuff, is when they are being passified with free travel...

    Roof re coating , shingles

As @rmarion points out, the roof itself needs to be sound previous to application. Any previous water damage will be encapsulated, and the stuff isn't "Slime" or "Fix-A-Flat". There are only a few spray applied things that bridge gaps, but the same applies, the substrate may be damaged and...

    Roof re coating , shingles

"Roof rejuvenation" companies are kind of a cycle. As a kid, used to be "sno-coat". New stuff appears to be a silicon type...econo Armor All. If the roof is good, the stuff will help it last a long time. If it isn't, a lot of damage is already done. In Cali I shot a lot of acrylic...

Holy shit. I-695 bridge in Baltimore collapse.

I'm assuming the main propulsion engine is separate from power generation on these? As pointed out, this is a fly by wire deal. It looked like a total blackout event tough. It seems like they'd run some sort of battery backup for the required mechanicals, like steering, radio and engine...

Holy shit. I-695 bridge in Baltimore collapse.

Well, if the Navy was put into play, I believe they have a massive facility with the required equipment fairly close by. It seems like this would be both good training, and a really good chance for the administration to earn brownie points. I'm sure the Navy folk would love to do work for our...

    Classifieds

You guys all sell nicer stuff than I can afford. As already posted though, always better to deal with someone known to you in any way than some random flake on CL or FB. You screw someone here, you'll get called out and blasted for it. Keeps people honest, and puts some faith behind a transaction.

Holy shit. I-695 bridge in Baltimore collapse.

How busy is that port, and is that the only passage in and out? Cleanup will be massive...and rescue and recovery operations will difficult at best. Very sad for those on the bridge ad their families 😔

    Covid vaccine personal info

I knew it then, but was afraid to act. I thought "they" knew better. I didn't want to upset my Mom eiher. I now read and know every possible side effect or reaction to anything prescribed my kids. I question more, listen more and observe everything. I can't let it happen again.
