My boat is 9' 6" wide, one foot over the legal limit.

I ended up receiving the permit this morning. 18 hours of my life down the drain. I was having nightmares about maybe having to wait until Monday morning. They made things as unpleasant as they could. Do not travel through that state without having your permits!!
