So we had a surprise 99th bday party for my dad yesterday. Wife organized The Patriots to come by and honor him as a Veteran. Very cool event. Had all 9 kids and their family there. They Saluted him, presented him with a custom plaque, dog tags, custom coins, birthday card and a flag.

I always brine and smoke a Turkey every year. I use a brine I make from scratch that’s really good but this year I’m thinking of using a Meat Church Brine and add some Rosemary, etc to it. Anybody use Meat Church Brine before? I bought a few pouches a while ago.
