2 New white marine vinyl bucket seats, new wood frames, epoxy resin with fiberglass for added strength. 3” premium flaring firm foam on the inside and seat base, 1” foam wrapped around the outside. I've tapped the hull on 2 Campbells with 10-24 stainless screws. 1 had the stainless rail the other aluminum with the rubber insert. With the insert the head of the screw need to be more flush to the rail. Your plastic rail may have more meat on it to give it a little countersink for the screw
There's a few guys using a sprint car type driveline with U joints and a splined axle deal. That could work for you but it isn't a cheap alternative. Our old Schiada flat had the standard driveshaft with a back to back bench in it with hump built in for the driveline cover
Joey Cucci laid up the 24' around 2009 and the 22' around 2013. I believe they were for Marty when he had the Campbell molds.
