I’m looking to buy a champion Ace v drive, or possibly have mine rebuilt if anyone knows where to have that done, I called casale and they are not able to get parts for them.

The motor I’m looking at buying isn’t a stroker motor is basically the same motor just set up for a jet not a v drive. my plan would be to switch everything over from my motor that needs to be switched in order to work in a v drive. I just wasn’t sure about switching the water pump, I assumed...

I have a v drive that has a cam driven water pump and I have found the same motor that I’m looking to buy but it’s set up for a jet boat, would I be able to just swap over the parts I have on my motor to the new motor and ( water pump and oil pan?)

Thanks for all the information, I was able to find the same actuator from an aircraft supply store called Lee Air Inc. My old actuator was bad, I took it apart and the bearings were all rusted.

Yeah it’s for a v drive boat, I have a velvet drive in there and I don’t know what I would need to couple a bbc to it. I was trying to just get a fresh motor to make it simple to install. I would rather put a bbc and a th400 but that means I’ll probably have drill holes and change all the...
