It’s like a rubber ish foam backing. It shouldn’t do any damage to the gel and have traction when walking on it so it’s not solely relying on the snaps
I’ve had very good luck with the regular steel caps.
Pack the bearings with grease and I put maybe 1/8 way full in the middle between the inner and outermost bearing. Pre load the bearings properly then fill the cap 1/3rd ish full and don’t touch it until next years maintenance pending on...
Had a Conversation about 2 days ago about this whole situation with some buddy’s so it’s funny this came up! Sad reality at the end of the day.
In my area an officer starts out at 60k not counting overtime obviously which I was in shock at how little it was. Hard have somebody like Amazon in...
Got a nice little Friday package from dek x! When he first sent me pics I wasn’t too sure but in person it looks good. I think it will look even better on the boat. I’ll add the snaps to the hatch pads and be set. Pretty excited I won’t bust my ass anymore! The leather ones were slickkkkkk even...
Shits expensive on the farming/consumer side as far as stuff we have to purchase to keep operations moving along to have production or at least have a shot to harvest it.
Everything from parts for machines which in this world dealers have the market for quality…but getting so out of hand it’s...
I feel the pain with the soot. Such a pita to clean regardless of the process or if it has wax/ceramic. I battled it for a while.

Couldn’t have said it better imo.
Based on the hours you have you use the boat often unless it was purchased in that realm hrs idk but I’d assume it gets use. Don’t over look the simplicity of having a great time on the water with a reliable setup. Reliable hp = $$$$
Also the closer the shop...

If its one or both axles and the every x joint which I assume you mean the 2x6s going perpendicular with the main frame it can be put back into place (which it dosent look like it needs to be) and plated/gusseted in those areas and made usable for some time until time permits to make things...
Check that safety cable with the carabiner in the smaller black box. Might have a bad connection there. Spin the wheels on the trailer with it plugged into truck key in on position. That should let you know if they are dragging or not
Any excess that dosent get used will be return to tank. It has a built in regulator to keep it short. It takes what it needs to give to motor then some goes to cool/lubricate the vp44 injection pump then the rest will return to the fuel tank.
Not mandatory to have but I would look into it and...
