I guess these use a disc brake (my Cadillac copy uses a brake band). I was sent a few calipers to rebuild. These use DOT 3 fluid and calipers off of a mid '70s Austin Marina. I have rebuild kits, pistons, and even a couple calipers on the shelf...if anyone happens to have one that needs...
Poor Max....the coonhound....doesn't even need to hear the word "bath"...he knows the look when momma walks up to him. He starts shaking....so bad his fucking tags jingle on his collar lol.
There is no walking him to the bath, all 80lbs must be picked up and carried...legs pointed straight...
At least now I'm in a position where this is for sport, not to get me to work tomorrow....
Newest vehicle I've ever owned....2016 Tacoma, wrote a check for it in late 2022. TRD Off Road, 6spd manual trans...cool truck. Was fairly spotless with only 100K miles. Has about 119K now.

I have a shot blasting machine that uses a 2hp 145T frame 3400RPM motor to run the blast wheel. New POS Mexican Dayton motor burned up (shorted) after about 20 hours, requiring rewinding if I want it work again. Rewinding is not cheap. This motor is a bit of a unicorn...most 2hp 145T...
Currently have a 100A Zinsco panel (that appears to be in decent shape...no corrosion on the buss bars) but I lost a leg on 50A double pole breaker the other day that feeds a subpanel in my garage. Tough finding a correct replacement breaker, so I've got a 1/2 size 40A stuck in there now and...
Got a call this afternoon from someone claiming to be with the LASD regarding a grand jury selection summons that was sent certified mail that I ignored and now have a federal bench warrant out....I was to stay on the phone with the guy while I drive all the way from Long Beach to the downtown...
I rescued this 2 stroke outboardish engine of sorts from the scrap pile at a buddy's shop....he has no idea what it is or how it got there, but it's been there a while.
anyway, there's a sticker on it, warning the user to only use it on a Surf Rider MC-160. So I googled that....found an ad on...
SOLD
I bought this thing a while back under the impression that a lot more things were better than they turned out to be. I don't have the time to deal with all the things I've discovered, so back on the chopping block it goes. I'm accepting offers...needs a lot of money thrown at it to...
Trying to sell the Lavey, had an interested party ask for a compression test…no problem…it was good last time, nothing changed, should be good this time…lol…right.
One side of the motor is about 20psi low. Pull the heads, cylinders look good…except for one…it’s got some scratches I can feel...
Noticed some damage to the chine of the new-to-me Stoker from a tire blow out, and might want to fill some holes that don't need to be there. Also considering fixing a few spots on the Lavey before I sell it. I have no idea where to take them. Corona would work fine since I'm out there...
Edit, price back up…swapped the powerhead. 150psi on all 6 with some 32cc heads. I have some pump gas heads for it.
New interior last year...fiberglass buckets up front and a plywood/epoxy rear bench. New Bob's Extreme hydraulic jack plate last year, GPS speedo, 17 gallon tanks. New...
