My grandparents retired to Bullhead in '61, thats when we started to go to the river. Dad bought this boat from a local fireman in Signal Hill who built them on the side. This was #12 and was the last one built. Still my all time favorite boat.

Did a quick search and I don't think this has been posted before but I might have missed it buried in other Salton threads.
So many great boats and names from my childhood.
Very cool and unusual twin outboard at the 10:30 mark, give or take a few seconds. Great look at its engines mounted...
I think you might be right, Nordic. One of these popped up on FB market place last week. I saw it (looking for one more build/resto for my grandson...he's 6 so I have a little time) and forgot about it until this hull in question. Not much to go on as far as pics but the dip in the gunwale, the...

Big fan, saw it when it came out and saw pt.II at the dome in Hollywood.
BIG Bruce Brown fan and his son too. I think I have all their stuff on either VHS (Still have a deck at the river house) DVD and even 8mm of the early surf stuff.
When I was a kid my dad was in a car club, they'd have a...

Do you know how many owners it had since it left her dad?
