Any one with knowledge about older plates. I have two setsof plates Ca 1939 worlds fair One has PT on the left side, the P over the T. It's black background with yellow letter/numbers. What does the PT stand for? The other plate has two letter and 5 numbers, but in a row as normal. Jerry
