It’s called a repo move.
Getting empties back to where they can put containers back on.
Or possibly storing them on tracks somewhere because they are not needed.

When they do a full rebuild on a trailer, what happens to the boat?
Do they put it on a temporary one so you can take the boat home until the trailer is complete?
