05 PSD EGR valve

I am sure it has been talked about before.....

How do I clean the valve? Or is it just better to block it off.

Just buy the block it off. We have a 6.0 in our fleet and after three or so egr's we decided to block it off. couldnt be happier

It,s easy to clean ! just a pain to get out sometimes big pair of channel lock to pull it up?? Check the o-ring may have to get a new one and dont spray in the open hole that the plug connects to just the rod area?? And if you live in california you will be smoged checked !!! Before your next reg. renewal!!! Brake clean works well the o-ring from ford is 5-10 bucks!! If you need one.

How much is the block off kit and how hard is it to install?

Block it off, And remove for smog if you are worried about it.
