Ok, so we generally do a couple 3 day weekend trips to Havasu each summer. Each day we hit the lake and at night we eat at the rental house...never really ventured out beyond that. We will be doing a 10 day trip end of July and besides boating, we are looking for places to go, things to do...bars, restaurants, entertainment, golf, anything fun. Thanks

One of our summer time highlights is a night time boat ride ( more like a boat float ) thru topoc gorge, head up river BBQ some food or eat at topoc 66, pirates and then float back down to Havasu. Your trip is inbetween full moons but during the week when it’s quiet and calm it’s awesome! Takes 2-3 hrs to float back down with a few stops.

We even did a Springs dinner and boated back up to Havasu last year and just being out on the water at night is just a fun time.

You can trailer down to Parker one day and enjoy the strip and hit a few of the riverfront bars, bluewater casino, etc.

Another day trailer up to Lake Mohave and hit Laughlin on the drive back to Havasu. Salt Grass Steakhouse is one of my favorites! There’s quite a few good places to eat.

In Havasu you can hit Mudshark Brewery and get a wood fired pizza. Good Stuff!

I am gonna add, that timeline is about the hottest week of year with temps sometimes above and around 125, head up river for cooler water. If you are going to golf, do it at dawn and be done by daybreak. Be prepared to be off the water early if thunderstorms are forecasted.

Great advice right there ^^^

Golfing at daybreak is still golfing in 95+ degrees, I have done it... hydrate the day before and all game long.

If you want to golf get in touch. We play year round and enjoy the summers with no crowds on the golf coarses.

We like to golf around 0900 because the sun is up enough to be out of your face. About 0900 my big hat gives me shade along with the cart top.
A round of 18 holes will takes us 2 1/2 hours and then pool time.

It is also very humid at day break with all the water from the coarse evaporating.
