Sorry Dave, while I respect your unbiased opinion on here I don't sense any negativity in this thread, calling bullshit on someone whose blowing smoke up our asses to put money in there pockets is another story.

What's up with the engines pulled and sitting on oily pallets, propped up by scrap lumber?

If it was a Howard would they be priced right. I thought you turned down 30k for your 22' . The 240 is the holy grail of boats should easily sell for more than a Howard 22.

Has nothing to do with if it is a Howard or not, these people are high AF. Price a boat to sell!!!!

I got offers of $37k and $39k when I listed for $35k, within 48 hours, so I guess the demand is there (when you have a low hour, well cared for boat that needs nothing).

A 240 with 800+ hours on it is hardly the holy grail of boats and is not worth a dime over $25k........

Not shitting on the 240 as a boat, I just don't get where these guys are getting $35k - $40k from for that boat. I am guessing they didn't look at the pics close enough or make note of the hours??

I agree. There are a ton of issues with this boat based on the pics. If the pics show them, in person I bet it is a disaster.

Hell if it is worth 35-40k it should already be marked sold at 30k.

Nobody is forcing anyone to buy the boat. If someone does, good for the guy selling it. I wouldn’t be that guy giving him the money for it. Lol

If that is just a wrap the boat has potential to clean up nicely. The old deck 40's like that were one of the best looking boats hallett ever made.

That being said, no v-bottom with side by side motors is gonna run 140, it would have a hard time running 140 with staggered engines.

The boat does looks pretty clean though.
