my dads howard that he sold 14 years ago is back up for sale for $2500. is this a good price? I am looking to buy it. The seats are starting to crack as well is the paint. What would be a good price to ask?

Guy said he rebuilt motor 13 years ago never ran it and its been sitting under a tarp since

I'm not thinking that fram oil filter is 13 years old? This boat is going to take alot of money to it running again, but sometimes things like this don't ever have a price tag...
