Did you mean Mercruiser 7.4? Reason I ask is because Mercruiser did make a 7.3 diesel. Yes a 7.3 Powerstroke platform. Does it have aluminum or fiberglass tanks?

Oh crap! I think you're right. Yeah it's a 7.4 sorry about the mixup. I'm thinking I mixed up my friends truck engine size with the boat. Aluminum 25gal tanks both sides. Gets great mileage too compared to a jet I run around with.
