Looking to sell my 20’ 1992 Ski Centurion Falcon XP bowrider. The boat is in excellent shape with only 322 hours and garage kept. The engine is a Indmar Ford V8 with a newly rebuilt carburetor. This boat needs nothing and would be a great starter boat. It’s located in Havasu. Please call or text with any questions. $8000 obo
Thanks for looking,

All the old tournament ski boats had two. I guess they just averaged the speeds. These were the days before GPS.

Back in the old days for a boat to be AWSA (American water ski association), certified it had to have two speedos in case one got a plugged pitot. Also has to accelerate to 36 mph in a given amount of distance, some other shit too but I can't remember ...... perfect pass only existed on grandmas Buick at the time

How does a direct drive boat like this work in Parker? I only have experience with pontoons and jets, obviously you can't raise the drive on yours so you have to be super careful of depth, right?

My pontoon's outboard decided to replace its lower unit oil with water last trip, so it's shot and almost not worth repairing. I don't have any people that ski, but I'm sure my daughter would like to be pulled on a tube.

You won't have an issue in Parker at all, even during the winter months. There are only a few areas where you could hit in Parker (which there are numerous threads here on RDP indicating where those are). Anything south of Parker and you need to know the water well.

An open bow tow boat doubles as a great cruiser for the family and this one looks sanitary clean.

This boat has a very low draft. Parker should be no problem.

It has a basic stereo. 4-6 1/2 speakers, 1-10” sub hooked to a single amp. It sounds good.

I can't believe that this has not sold. Could have another 1500 hours of ski rides on that motor with just normal maintenance. Wish my 1992 Malibu was that clean. Good luck with the sale.

im sure if you wait long enough it would sell at what your asking but ski specific boats just aren't that popular and while its clean and open bow it is going to be hard to get 7k out of it.

Main things going against it is its not a top 3 tournament ski boat (mastercraft, nautique , Malibu) in that order, wood stringers, no tower (or what rdp calls a roll bar) and carb. I would love to have this boat because of the open bow but the resale would kill me when we would upgrade. Most people want to surf and wakeboard. Just for reference my current boat is a 95 mastercraft prostar 190 600hrs in almost new condition and I paid $7500 last summer.

Wow just kick the guy in the nuts why don’t you!!
Well I just sold my ski centurion that was a 92 and got more then this guy is asking.
Just for the record the centurion is just as good if not better then a Malibu in this era.
Loved my centurion I bought it brand new great boat never had any problems just Maintenance

And you bought something that a whole lot more hours on it then this that is for sale.

Been thinking about a little marine stadium rig, this would be perfect.
