It does have a flat notched in the rear. dont think its a Delta Pad though.

28 Bullet would be nice!!! Wife and I just dont use the boat that much anymore. just got back from Tahoe 3 weeks there. Used the boat 4 days only in the three weeks there. I was always excited to get the grand kids hooked but can never connect. Sucks getting old.
