2001 Nissan Pathfinder 4X4

I hate to do it but I’m trying to sell my extra vehicle. It has been extremely reliable and I enjoy driving it around. Moving soon and would rather not deal with it.

I bought it 4 years ago and have used it for commuting and running errands around town mainly. I’ve done a lot of work to it and it’s always been well maintained. High mileage (250k miles) but has a lot of life left in it. I have used it off road only twice and it does great with 4 hi and lo. This will be a great vehicle for someone looking for a cheap reliable driver or a boat launch vehicle at the river house. It does drip a little oil otherwise needs nothing. Just smogged and registration renewed. Title in hand. Pm if interested

3.5L V6
Automatic Transmission
AC works great
Hankook All Terrains
Rugged Ridge locking front hubs
All bulbs switched to LED
Hitch receiver with air bags on rear springs (Used for my dirt bike carrier not towing)
All belts and pulleys recently replaced
New Radiator and fan
New fuel pump
New rear main seal
New front CV’s

How much oil is a little? Where are you located?

Nissan has used that VQ V6 engine forever…they’re dirt cheap. Probably cheaper to replace the motor than to fix a small oil leak LOL

That pathfinder is from an era when Nissan still made good cars that could last a good long time [emoji106]

Yes I’ve seen a few on forums with 400k miles. Low mileage replacement motors can be bought for about a grand. Great vehicle I will miss it. I plan to pick up a new 4 runner to replace it eventually

Absolutely and thanks for the comments. I paid $1100 to replace the rear main and upper oil pan gasket. The shop didn’t replace the upper oil pan gasket which was part of our deal. That’s another story but that’s why it still drips a little.

As long as you have the premium membership you can just pick it up on demand. Pretty cool actually, I don't know of another website owner that takes care of his members like RD does.
