No generator but I have run everything except AC off a little portable generator before and it worked fine.

I have had three people shake my hand and say they want it.

1) Listed for 16,000 on Craigslist. Guy offers 15,000, I accept, next day he says he can't get financing.

2) Same listing on CL for 16,000. Guy offers 14,500, I accept on a Tuesday, comes Saturday with his truck, cash, and wife. Wife wants a brand new 80,000 rig and they fight right in feont of me about how she deserves better. I actually feel sorry for the guy.

3) After a two weeks I lowered the price to 14,500. Guy comes out two hours later, shakes my hand at $13,000, leaves a 500 deposit saying he will have a friend with a truck pick it up by Saturday (two days ago) and promptly turned into a ghost.... Zero contact in 6 days.

I hate selling shit.
