If this was the bunk bed model id be driving to see you now. I'll show it the wife and see what she says. Been looking for a Seneca, I'll be ready to pull the trigger the first of December. Any issues with the paint checking at all?

Paint is good, graphics/stickers have minor/hairline cracking, nothing peeling just tiny cracks, I'll grab a pic tonight to show you. I did repaint the front cap above the cab, the Seneca sticker and clear coat peeled. If you look at the pics you can see the sticker is missing off the front, didn't want to have to deal with it again in the future. We liked the bunk model but our friends with that model really don't like having the kids right next to their bedroom and they said their kids quickly out grew the bunks. I still thinks it a good layout but something to think about. We will be in the a new trailer in November so if this isn't sold by end of October chances are we will just trade it in just so you know our time line.

Thanks,

Chris

A couple pics of the outside. Shows checked Seneca sticker other than that paint is in great shape. 5500 diesel gen has 309 hrs, serviced every 25-30 hours. Sealed 6volt batteries ($$$). I'll open up the slides and get some good interior pics once we get all our stuff out and it gets detailed early next week.

Chris maintains all his toys to a 10. I would of jumped on this if it was for sale back in July. Purchased my custom ToyHauler that fits the Jeep inside. The Seneca was the original plan, but could not find anything that was maintained and priced well.

Thanks for the kind words bud, I try my best to keep things nice. Joe yes the coach is all paint except the two Seneca stickers on the sides. Not really noticeable unless up close. It?s been a great rig for us.

Interior pics?

Water heater on the house died this weekend so I spent the weekend replacing it and didn't get a chance to get interior pics of the moho, my apologies. Honestly it's probably going to be this weekend before I get to it. On a side note, I've received a bunch of calls on the motorhome with people wanting to see it/drive it but I've been a little reluctant because most of the folks I've talked to don't realize that because of it's age most banks/credit unions won't do financing on it, most only go up to 10 years old. I'm asking that they confirm with their bank first before coming down to check it out. I'm know that unless someone has the cash or another funding source this thing will most likely get traded in on the new rig. That being said if someone is truly interested and has the funding I'm more than happy to show this thing off.

Thx,

Chris

I am up in Vegas so would not want to drive down until I saw pics of interior, have the cash so that is no problem if I liked it. Smart of you to state that because so many tire kickers out there and even potential buyers that hope they could get financing but end up not disappointing both the seller and the buyer.

Sorry PaPaG, that statement wasn't aimed at you... I know you're a high roller :) I'll get the pics up Saturday.

While you can't get a secured loan for the RV, an unsecured loan would work. I have a small loan on the ToyHauler and it is not secured with the asset. More or less a personal loan. Interest rate was below 4, so that was a easy decision.

That's good to hear there are still some lower interest rate personal loans out there.

What are you looking to get into? I am in motorhome sales at LaMesa Rv in Mesa Az. I would love to help you out even if it?s just telling you what invoice is on a rig so you can screw the competition.

Thx for the offer. We are family friends with the owner of a dealership out here and he worked with us to order up a new 5th wheel.

I can vouch for this beauty! Immaculate inside and very well taken care of. If we had the cash... we'd be upgrading our '05 Class C to this.

Your cell still the same? Have a buddy that is interested and might ping you to look at it this Saturday, but your number is not listed on the ad.

Looks like we have a delivery date for the new trailer week before Thanks Giving. My guess is we will take delivery right after Thanks Giving. Just keeping everyone who's looked at the moho in the loop that's the date.

Thanks,

Chris
