Well a fender bender doesnt get salvaged. There is more to it than that. I have a salvaged Harley that everything got replaced except the frame and engine.

I am looking local out here in AZ right now but will keep this one in mind.

That salvaged my civic because the plastic front bumper and headlight had a cracked.

I had a 2016 F150 Platinum that got totaled because of drug usage thruout the truck (meth/heroin) moreso than structural damage.

I never heard of a vehicle being totaled/salvaged because of bumpers being damaged. Not that it doesn't happen but its all about the money to repair vs paying out the insurance claim in full.

In AZ it will. Owned a car that had the door replaced, car slid into a snow bank. Clean Colorado title. Sold car to my brother in AZ. VIN on door and VIN on chassis didn't match... Salvage title in AZ.
