This RV has served us extremely well. Its been used on numerous dry camping desert trips, and also over the course of the previous 3 summers in Parker. As an aside, the dual AC units had absolutely no problem keeping the temp down in the low 70s, even in 115+. You can take it dry camping tomorrow and not need a thing other than food and drinks.

Registered through 5/2020, the coach is located in the city of Montebello. I'll be in Parker 6/30-7/6. If someone from Parker or Havasu is dying to see it, I can possibly be talked into bringing it up.

PM me if you're interested.

$43,500 OBO.

how big is the garage?
10 feet deep by 8 feet wide. I've fit two quads and 3 adult dirtbikes in there before. I know it'll fit a stock 2 seat RZR 1000 (I saw it in a CL picture).

Roof looks brand new has it been recently done?
Not re-roofed, but polished, cleaned, recaulked and two coats of sealant were put on it.

It was done less than 2 weeks ago, and it should be good for at least 10 more years.
