this trailer is fsw 3200 32' plus 4' 36' total box 39' to tongue, living room slide, dual electric beds in back, front sleeper, bay windows with chairs
150 fresh water, 40 gray, 40 black, 2 fuel tanks one for generator and one for fuel station
2 a/c's, he replaced one within last couple of years
I picked this up from my brother used it twice and decided I like my 5th wheel better
I put a new cooling unit on refrig, 6 new tires, 2 new batteries and have replaced couple of holding tank and fresh water valves
He put a new awning on it with in last couple years
interior in good overall shape, no rips/tears
trailer is not perfect, it is 15 years old
roof needs to be sealed, has small soft spot
generator needs carb flushed /replaced and gas in tank drained
some window coverings inside need to be replaced
comes with weight distributing hitch and sway bar

Season's getting close, couple of people have asked if a sand rail would fit inside, it will not because of the living room slide,
a 4 seater razor will fit
