That's what I have at powder coat:)

Not sure why I went with the mid except I wanted a little more fender coverage.

Your just going to rip those fenders off anyway. Oops maybe I shouldn't have said that, lol

They need to last until the 35's wear out and I go with 7's and flats

It's not going to build itself lol

I mounted my new duallys this morning. Was starting to wire and shut it down due to time and heat.

I will wire them after work this week.

Next Saturday will be a big day.

Might not be tenting it this year lol

Logistically speaking unless Momma C wants to pull that with a baby Ford you have a challenge on your hands. She's purdy though and beats the fuck out of a tent. In fact all tents should be banned along with air mattresses.

Dave your the only one that figured that puzzle out, haha. My friend sold his MH and bought this but his new truck he ordered hasn't shown up so I pulled it from the dealer back to his place...

2 hrs to spare? Where is the other 8-10 hrs? Someone tell Cole Trickle that these things don't build themselves. :)

As all you limo drivers meet Kurt you will realize that you don't do shit for projects. Just remember that as you sit down to watch a movie on the side of his 53' trailer. :D

That whole 28' trailer weighed less than my Jeep! It was pretty fancy though, but only using it a couple times a year would get old, fast for us. My cop buddy bought it, he's on vacation like every three weeks, lol.

Not a ton of spare time when you work a 8-5 and have a wife and kid...lol

Honestly these things are cake compared to working on rusty old XJ's or 50 year old trucks;)

I'm digging on the whole bolts come off easy and no grease thing:D

I started to throw on the rock krawler 3.5 xfactor kit Friday after work. Got the front end torn down before river showed up and forced the neighbor to drink until 1am...lol

I played it cool and stuck to beer so I could charge it early Saturday morning.

Casean was nice enough to help me with the install. Everything fit great and me made bread headway in about 6 hours. We wrapped it up with everything done except track bar adjustments and bleeding the brakes.

Sunday I woke up a little tired and a little sore but nothing terrible considering what we did Saturday. Gotta say working on new lifted jeeps is a shit ton better than working on old lowered trucks...lol

Sunday my buddy Rich helped with the track bars and brakes..River stopped by to check on us and lent a hand before he ran to the beach with his girls. He seemed to be impressed with the rock krawler kit and that's saying something after you do a walk around of his jk....;)

Once the Rubicon was back on its feet I torqued all the bolts.

I have a small rear sway bar link issue with the factory rims. Its a known deal with this lift and the state you need spacers or new wheels with different back spacing.....I already have my new wheels ready to go once the new 35's show up next week.

Im also waiting on my Adams drive shafts. With the amount of lift and flex this kit provides the front shaft won't stand a chance.

The kit netted me 4.25" in the front and 3.25" in the rear. It will be perfect once the bumpers and winch go on.

Looks good! We will have to plan a trip to big bear, crash at my parents cabin and hit some trails. I don't think we can make the jeep trip in June but lets set something up after 4th of July.

Cole - looking great! I think I wish I had gone that route instead of the 2.5 AEV.... But I do have the front LCA RK's!!!

Sorry I didn't get down to help, ended up at Urgentcare needing anti's for throat and ear...

Sig, take a look on Wrangler forum, ca section for a meet and greet in BB july 19-21....It should be a great time!

lol....yeah that hasn't happend yet:(

I just called them and it hasn't been started yet. I told them I needed it by friday so we will see if it happens in time.

I would put the odds at 50/50 (I have never ever had good luck with powder coating;))

diff covers and drive shafts got installed so I am just waiting on bumpers, armor before I can wrap everything up.

You're going to scratch the shit out of the powder coat anyways , if you don't you're not doing it right ! :D You should've just done a rattle can job on the body armor, makes for easy touch up ! Lol

Thats a funny story becuse it might have happend already...lol:eek
;)

I'd be lying if said I haven't had to resort to nail polish in the past. Nail polish matches better than the factory touch up paint most of the time !
