You know I couldn't figure out why Kenny Mungle got rolled by the cops and got some sort've ticket.. The rumor was it was some sort of "speeding ticket" and I was thinking how the hell does that happen during a speed shoot out?


I just figured it out.. He's on the wrong side of the course markers and is making a pass too close to the spectator fleet.
