Snowbirds basically, Nov - March or so, not much into summers there as we get older, like it too much here having the boat in the backyard, but we wont mind missing the 10 degree temps in the winter in Alabama. Likely have grandchildren soon in Phoenix and SoCal so it will make it convenient for those visits as well.

All is good, really enjoy our life here and the friends we have made. We have a bunch of our long time friends from CA that are slowly moving to full time as they retire to their Havasu homes, so it will be good to keep in touch with them as well. And I tend to need to work for fourth and first quarter so being closer to CA during that window will be helpful, saves a bunch of flights.
