I am stupid when it comes to wiring diagrams.

I want to add an extra LED light to the front. I want to have a separate switch for the light. It is a 48 volt system. Can anyone tell/show me where I can pull 12 volts to power the light?

Thanks in advance.

What batteries are in it?
6 - 8v
8- 6v
4 - 12v

The best way is to add a voltage reducer then the new light will draw from entire pack.

8 v. are the voltage reducers pretty self explanatory?

Yes & way worth the $$ especially since you have 8v batts. Some LED will be ok with 16v but wiring to 2 batts compromises the entire pack. Your batt pack is only as good as weakest batt

Since your said "extra light" it already has lights? Wouldn't that mean it has a voltage reducer?
